WHAT WE COLLECT
What you send us
If you use the inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, restaurant, the service you pick, and any phone number, city and message you add. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to our email inbox (see Third parties). If you give a phone number, we use it only to call or text you back about your inquiry — never for marketing, never sold. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
What we do with it
We use it for one thing: replying to you about featuring or filming your restaurant. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email so we can pick the conversation back up. Ask us to delete yours and we will, at bookings@eatographyllc.com.
THIRD PARTIES.
This site is deliberately light on tracking, but it is not zero. Here is everyone involved.
Hosting & analytics
The site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard request logs. The site includes Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and button clicks without cookies or cross-site profiles.
Google AdSense
This site does not currently show ads. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and Google and its partners may then use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can review and change your choices at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of personalised advertising across participating vendors at aboutads.info. Google's own handling of this data is described in the Google privacy & terms site.
Embedded content
Pages may embed TikTok videos and load map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Those providers can see that your browser requested their content and apply their own privacy policies.
Fonts
Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Inquiry form
Inquiry forms are handled by Formspree, which receives what you submit, stores it under its own privacy policy, and emails it to us. We use it only to reply to you. Ask us to delete your inquiry and we will remove it from our inbox and from Formspree.
Map code
The food guide map loads the Leaflet library from unpkg or jsDelivr, which see a standard request from your browser.
YOUR CHOICES.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and ad blockers work fine here — nothing on this site is gated behind advertising. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email bookings@eatographyllc.com and we will handle it.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
