The site
Everything on this site — photos, videos, text and the spot database — is ours or licensed to us, and is for personal viewing. Don't scrape, republish or resell it without written permission. Restaurant names and menus belong to the restaurants; we reference them factually.
Opinions
Spot pages and videos are our honest opinions from real paid visits. They are not advertisements unless marked as a paid partnership, and not guarantees about a restaurant's current menu, prices or hours.
Commissioned work
Paid packages are governed by the written agreement we send with your invoice. In short: you receive organic usage rights to the delivered videos on your own channels; paid-advertising use requires the ad-rights add-on; we keep the right to show the work in our portfolio; half is due up front and half on delivery; one round of revisions is included.
Corrections & removals
Run a spot we featured and want something corrected or taken down? Email eatography22@gmail.com — we fix genuine errors fast.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. We're not liable for decisions made on the basis of a review, or for third-party sites we link to. Maryland law applies.
